[02-10-2009 4:30pm] Around 4:00pm on, Tuesday, February 10th, 2009, some aDSL customers started experiencing very slow connection speeds (slow throughput) or no connection at all. We have notified the telephone company and technicians are working on the problem now.
Please note that this issue is only affecting aDSL connections. Dialup and other services are unaffected. Also, all aDSL accounts include backup dialup access. Any affected DSL customer may still connect via dialup until the DSL issue is resolved. For reference, our 56K dialup access numbers are...
